For Your Information.
As far as I have seen the text books of gujarat board, in 12th std
they have introduction about GNU and open office.
and none of the teacher knows anything. They just reading books and
students are listening.

What I know is mainly C/C++ is taught in CBSE schools. They can use Linux in principle but teachers would need to be trained first because most of them have no idea of working on Linux.
